The BTD Calm Companion Collection

The people who love you keep asking. Give them somewhere to look.

It is not the numbers that wear a family down. It is the asking. The BTD Calm Companion Collection is one cast of characters, each one carrying your person's glucose as a story you can read from across the room.

Think of it like a streaming catalog of living worlds. Pick a world, watch its video, and let your family stay close to the day with you.

What is actually on the screen.

This is an artistic representation of glucose. The same idea as playing a glucose trace as music: take the numbers your family already has and render them as something a person can feel from across the room. A cast of characters carries the day's story. A fish, an owl, a cheetah, a steam engine, each one rising and settling with real readings from your family's own Dexcom. It is not a medical readout and it does not replace the Dexcom app. It is the relationship layer beside it.

Open an app, sign in with your wearer's Dexcom Share login, pick a world, and put it on the kitchen counter, a kid's nightstand, or a partner's desk, and the people around you simply glance over and know. And if you are the one carrying this alone, your own desk counts. A companion does not need a houseful of people around it to be worth having. If you want help getting set up, we will walk it through with you on Team Together.

Your data stays yours.

Each person signs in with their own wearer's Dexcom Share login, on their own devices, so a viewer only ever sees the glucose of the account they signed into. Live glucose data is never gated by payment. What you buy is the world and the creature, not the right to see your own numbers. We never sell or hold your data hostage.

Try one thing tonight, or give the family the whole rhythm.

Two ways in, and they answer different nights. The Aquarium is a standalone app and it is our free gift to you, for the evening you just want something calm on the counter. BTD Community is the membership, and it carries the whole Collection plus the week that goes around it.

One world is a start. BTD Community carries the whole Collection.

$25/mo or $249/yr
  • The guide cycle: one theme a week, carried through the issue you read, the thing you try at home, and the video that walks it through, so a good read turns into something your family actually did
  • We get together live at least once a week, where the week's theme gets worked out loud and the room's questions get answered, and the recording lands in the channel if you cannot make it
  • Videos as they land: previews of what is coming, how-to walkthroughs for the interactives, and early releases before they go anywhere else, so nobody has to figure out a tool alone
  • The room: members post and talk with each other across nine channels, and Trapper writes a note about once a week, so the 2am question has somewhere to go
  • The Collection: every world we have built so far, live on your family's own Dexcom, and each new one as it lands
  • A scheduler you set per device, so the kitchen tablet and a kid's nightstand can run different worlds

Either way, the Dexcom connection stays your family's own, and the live view stays free.

You do not need more to read. You need a week you can keep.

The same three small things, four weeks running.

Every week in here has the same three beats: read it, try it, talk it. A month is four turns of that, inside whichever guide cycle the room is working.

Week 1

A new issue posts in the guide channel. Ten minutes to read, one thing to try at home, and you say what happened in the thread.

Week 2

Next issue, same three beats. Somebody's result does not match yours, and that is the week you learn the most.

Week 3

Another turn. A Family Win goes up that is not yours and gives you something to try tonight.

Week 4

The month's last issue, and the cycle rolls toward whatever season is coming next.

Running underneath all four weeks: a live get-together at least once a week, a note from Trapper about once a week, the Collection on your family's own Dexcom, and the Games and the Backstage clips whenever they land.

Which world will your family actually keep on?

Pick the one your people will not get tired of. Eight living worlds on one engine, and BTD Community opens every one of them. Watch any world's video, and start with the Aquarium, our free gift to you. The shelf is still growing, and members get each new world as it lands.

Two more things you can just own

Sold apart from the Collection above: not a world, not a subscription. Each one is a single file. Buy it once, download it, and it is yours.

For anyone who wants to hear a day instead of read it, alone or with the people nearby.

  • A single file, yours forever. Double-click it, no account and no install.
  • Works with your internet off. Your data never leaves the device it plays on.
