BTD Vacation Time: your family's diabetes trip plan

Traveling on a road trip in a car can be great, but if you switch that to a flight you do not have the freedom to stop, get out, jump around for five minutes, and dance at gas stations. Diabetes math on the road is patience, timing, and what your team of traveling companions know.

BTD Vacation Time is three months of Online Coaching with your trip as the syllabus: we plan it together before you leave, I check in while you are away, and we debrief once you are home.

Three months of online sessions built around your trip

Each kind of trip has its own BTD Travel Guide. See the BTD Travel Guides →

What it costs

BTD Vacation Time is Online Coaching, from $8,000 for the three months.

Availability is extremely limited.

Diabetes Concierge: I travel with your family

If your family wants me on the trip itself, that is Diabetes Concierge. A pre-call, then continuous days traveling with you, with complete attention, while we build blueprints for each setting and each person, in video and print. Two online follow-ups come 2 to 6 weeks after you get home, and a one-day return visit at 4 to 6 months.

A four-day trip is $46,000 plus travel, inside the Diabetes Concierge range of $28,000 to $72,000 plus travel for 2 to 7 days.

Travel, lodging, and meals are added at cost, plus $1,000 per travel day. Your team can book my travel, or I book it and you reimburse.

This is family-to-family coaching, never medical advice. Bring your trip plan to your care team so they can see it.
